INTECH Automation Intelligence in Pakistan seeks an experienced O&M Lead to oversee field services across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities. This role focuses on safe, reliable operations and strong customer partnerships in a dynamic, multi-industry setting.

You will drive resource planning, contract performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, HR and Finance to deliver value-driven solutions while advancing operational excellence and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8–12 years of professional experience with 4–5 years in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in operations & maintenance, maintenance management, and reliability practices.
• Experience in bid management, contract renewals, account management, and business development.
• Exposure to automation, control systems, and electrical/instrumentation services.

Responsabilités

• Lead O&M field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage resource planning, mobilization, rotations, performance, and workforce optimization.
• Monitor operational KPIs, improve service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR and internal stakeholders on workforce planning, localization, and succession planning.
• Manage contract performance, KPIs, renewals, and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
