Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M field operations, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery.
• Manage resource planning, mobilization, rotations, performance, and workforce optimization.
• Monitor operational KPIs, drive continuous improvement and customer reviews.
• Coordinate with HR and internal stakeholders on workforce planning and localization.
• Identify new business opportunities and support bids and proposals.
