INTECH Automation Intelligence in Pakistan seeks an experienced O&M Lead to oversee field services, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong customer relations. You will manage resources, rotations, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to drive service excellence across industries.

The role requires 8–12 years in industrial O&M, with 4–5 years in Oil & Gas, plus PLC/SCADA/DCS familiarity and strong contract management capabilities. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 8–12 years of professional experience; 4–5 years in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in industrial O&M, maintenance management, reliability.
• Experience in managing O&M contracts and performance metrics.
• Understanding of PLC, SCADA, DCS principles; automation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M field operations to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Manage resource planning, mobilization, rotations, and staffing.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and service quality.
• Coordinate workforce planning, localization, and succession.
• Develop relationships with strategic customers and renewals.
• Support bids, proposals, staffing plans and commercial talks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
