INTECH is seeking an experienced O&M Lead to oversee field services across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities, driving safety, reliability, and performance.

You will coordinate operations, resource planning, and contract management while leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and measurable business outcomes.

The role blends leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to elevate INTECH's service delivery and client partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead O&M field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage resource planning, mobilization, rotations, performance, and workforce optimization.
• Monitor operational KPIs, improve service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR and internal stakeholders on workforce planning, localization, and succession planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
• Manage contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, renewals, and commercial opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities, maintenance contracts, shutdown projects, and managed service opportunities.
• Support bids, technical proposals, staffing plans, and commercial discussions.
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Represent INTECH during customer meetings, operational reviews, and project mobilizations.
