Job summary

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking an experienced O&M Lead to oversee field services across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities. The role focuses on operations, resource optimization, customer satisfaction, and growth through elite service delivery.

The position emphasizes leadership acrossEngineering, Sales, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes for our clients in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 8-12 years of professional experience, including at least 4-5 years in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong experience in industrial Operations & Maintenance, maintenance management, and reliability practices.
• Experience in managing O&M contracts, operational delivery, customer relationships, and commercial performance.
• Understanding of PLC, SCADA, and DCS working principles.
• Exposure to automation, control systems, and electrical/instrumentation services will be preferred.
• Experience in bid management, contract renewals, account management, and business development.
• Proven ability to manage resources, lead teams, resolve conflicts, and handle operational escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage resource planning, mobilization, rotations, performance, and workforce optimization.
• Monitor operational KPIs, improve service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR and internal stakeholders on workforce planning, localization, and succession planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
• Manage contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, renewals, and commercial opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities, maintenance contracts, shutdown projects, and managed service opportunities.
• Support bids, technical proposals, staffing plans, and commercial discussions.
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Represent INTECH during customer meetings, operational reviews, and project mobilizations.
