Job summary

Mobiz Inc is seeking a mid-level NOC Engineer to join its 24×7 Network Operations Center in Karachi. You will monitor, triage, and resolve infrastructure incidents across cloud, network, server, and endpoint environments for managed services clients.

The role requires ownership of incidents from detection to resolution with professional documentation, spanning Azure, enterprise firewalls, and hybrid infra. You will collaborate with cloud, network, and security teams, perform diagnostic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of NOC, infrastructure operations, or systems administration experience in a managed services or enterprise environment.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure across cloud, network, server, and endpoint platforms.
• Acknowledge, categorize, and prioritize alerts; create ServiceNow tickets for actionable items.
• Own assigned incidents from acknowledgement through resolution with timely updates.
• Conduct diagnostic investigations to drive resolution and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Maintain shift handovers and documentation for incident timelines.
