Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Karachi is looking for a Network Support Engineer to ensure 24/7 uptime of network systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering, with 5-7 years of experience, preferably in a VoIP environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring network systems, and providing first-level customer support. CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred. Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant work experience required.
• Hands-on experience of Quality of Service in a VoIP environment.
• Excellent knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, OSPF, BGP.

Responsibilities
