Job summary

Mobiz is seeking a seasoned NOC Manager to lead 24×7 operations across cloud, network, and endpoint environments from Karachi. You will define alert thresholds, manage incident lifecycles, and drive automation to reduce MTTA and MTTR.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will govern shifts, runbooks, and CSI initiatives in a fast‑paced MSP/enterprise setting. Join a collaborative team delivering reliable monitoring, incident management, and proactive service improvements with Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS or related field.
• 6+ years in IT infrastructure or network operations with 2+ years in NOC supervision.
• Proven 24x7 NOC or MSP operations management experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals and firewall management knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow and cloud monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 NOC operations across cloud, network, and endpoint environments.
• Define alert thresholds, escalation paths, and on-call runbooks.
• Oversee incident lifecycle from detection to post‑incident review.
• Drive alert noise reduction and automation to reduce MTTA/MTTD.
• Manage RMM platform health and agent deployment across tenants.
• Coordinate cross‑functional escalation with engineering towers.
