Job summary

Healthrevsolutions is seeking an IT Operations Executive to support and troubleshoot IT systems. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT with 6 months to 1 year of experience. CCNA & MCSE are a plus, and the shift is 06 PM to 03 AM.

Candidates should be familiar with Windows OS, Server & AD, VPN/DNS/DHCP, switching, routing, VLANs and firewall/PfSense, along with strong verbal/written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: 6 months – 1 year.
• CS/IT background; CCNA & MCSE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain Windows Server, AD, VPN, DNS & DHCP.
• Handle network switching, routing, VLANs and firewall configurations.
• Deliver excellent help desk and technical support.
