Job summary

Logiciel Services, Llc is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise networks across LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud integrations, with multi-vendor devices and NMS tools.

You will monitor performance, coordinate service providers, perform maintenance windows, and enforce security policies. Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience and CCNA/CCNP certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with CCNA/CCNP certifications.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant network engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network solutions across LAN, WAN, internet, and VPN.
• Monitor network performance and health using NMS tools.
• Configure and maintain devices (Cisco, Fortinet, Arista, Unify).
• Participate in shift handovers and knowledge transfer.
• Assist with onboarding new network infrastructure and rollout projects.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, and upgrades during change windows.
• Work with ISPs/service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
• Setup VPN and cloud-based VPN/SFTP infrastructure.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks.
• Monitor network performance and health across LAN, WAN, internet, and VPN using NMS tools.
• Perform configuration and maintenance of network devices e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Arista, Unify.
• Participate in shift handovers and ensure detailed knowledge transfer between shifts.
• Assist with onboarding new network infrastructure and rollout projects.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance, patching, and upgrades during change windows.
• Work with ISPs and service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
• Setup VPN, SFTP servers; understanding of cloud-based VPN and SFTP infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and extend support for office employees, network equipment including routers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
• Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
• Support network connectivity for data centers, branch offices, and remote users.
• General understanding of cloud-based infrastructure with the ability to learn and troubleshoot setups done within GCP, Azure or AWS
• Defines, documents, and enforce system standards.
• Document all incidents, root causes, and resolutions in ticketing systems e.g. Jira.
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders
• Setup and troubleshoot machines, monitor setup and network in the office environment.
• Help current office employees with any network, security, or application issues.
• Suggest network equipment for procurement, provide documentation of impact.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Enforce security policies and network access controls.
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
• Investigating faults in the network.

In this role, you’ll build core skills in enterprise network operations by monitoring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity, configuring multi-vendor network devices, supporting secure access services and following structured incident, change, and documentation practices. You’ll also gain exposure to cloud networking fundamentals, stakeholder/ISP coordination, and reliability-focused operations in a 24/7 environment.
