Hirestaff.ai is seeking an Inventory Hard Count Executive in Karachi to conduct virtual and physical inventory audits of mobile devices and accessories across designated stores. You will reconcile stock with POS records, identify discrepancies, and ensure devices are tagged and documented.

This role requires advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail, working night shift at our client location in Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel and numerical accuracy for audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct accurate inventory counts of mobile devices and accessories.
• Verify and record device details, including serial numbers and locations.
• Reconcile physical stock with POS records and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify missing, outdated, damaged, or non-functional devices.
• Tag and label devices according to company standards.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain asset records.
