This role requires advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail, working night shift at our client location in Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

About the Role

The Inventory Hard Count Executive is responsible for conducting virtual and physical inventory audits of mobile devices and accessories across designated store locations. The role ensures inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with system records and identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies.

Job timings:

• Night Shift - 09:00PM- 6:00AM | Monday to Saturday | On-sit

Location: 2nd Floor, Azad Trade Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate inventory counts of mobile phones, SIM cards, and accessories at store level.
• Verify and record device details, including serial numbers, device types, and physical locations.
• Reconcile physical inventory with Point-of-Sale (POS) system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and document missing, outdated, damaged, or non-functional devices.
• Ensure devices are properly tagged and labeled according to company standards.
• Coordinate with security personnel and department heads to facilitate inventory access and validation.
• Prepare inventory audit reports and maintain accurate asset records.
• Ensure timely and complete audits of assigned stores, zones, and locations.
• Investigate and resolve unmatched data, inventory overages, and shortages.
• Monitor and report recurring inventory discrepancies and trends.
• Maintain compliance with inventory documentation, reporting, and control procedures.
• Support inventory control best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback on audit processes and participate in process review meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive inventory and asset information.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
