Job summary

Skinjam Gadget Candy is seeking an Inventory & Operations Specialist in Lahore. You will maintain inventory records across locations, create SKUs, manage pricing and images, and generate routine reports to support sales and forecasting.

You will set up and troubleshoot POS systems, train staff remotely, and develop SOPs while collaborating with the South Africa operations team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent; relevant diplomas acceptable.
• 2-3+ years in inventory control, retail operations, or POS/ERP administration; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas) and experience with POS/ERP or inventory systems; barcode generation is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Create and maintain SKUs, product listings, pricing, attributes, and images.
• Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
• Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• POS setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Train store staff remotely and develop/maintain SOPs.
• Perform data analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with South Africa operations team.
