Responsibilities

• Daily bank statements and cash reconciliations across store locations.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between POS closures, deposits, and ledgers.
• Maintain daily logs, audit trails, and financial summaries for management.
• Access carrier and logistics portals to track order statuses.
• Update shipping master sheets and inventory trackers in real time.
• Assist with operating bookkeeping to match logistics invoices.
