Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA or B.Com from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in data entry is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supply Chain team with daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of supply chain-related information.
• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and internal databases regularly.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of reports related to inventory, orders, and other supply chain functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless flow of information.
• Track orders, inventory, and other operational requirements to support team objectives.
• Verify data and documentation for accuracy and completeness to maintain data integrity.
• Organize and maintain supply chain documentation and records systematically.
• Carry out additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
