Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
• Good negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other billing/accounting software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and invoice management tools.
• Previous billing/invoicing/accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Experience with international clients or affiliates is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and within deadlines.
• Verify billing details, service charges, and affiliate invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with affiliates to resolve billing discrepancies, invoice corrections, and payment-related concerns.
• Negotiate rates and resolve billing matters while maintaining professional business relationships.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and provide clear explanations of invoices, charges, and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and pending billing matters.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and affiliates to ensure smooth billing operations.
