Job summary

Prime System Solutions in Lahore seeks an Agreement & Billing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage contract administration, agreement configuration, and billing operations. You will work with CW Manage, NetSuite, and MSP billing models to ensure accurate service coverage and invoicing.

Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Service Delivery, you will review contracts, amendments, renewals, and changes, maintaining precise records and generating periodic reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract administration, billing operations, or finance in MSP/IT services.
• Hands-on ConnectWise Manage experience, esp. agreements and invoicing.
• Translate contracts into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, MSAs, and SOWs to identify services, pricing, billing frequency.
• Set up and maintain agreements, billing cycles, and renewal settings in ConnectWise Manage.
• Ensure configurations reflect executed contracts incl. service coverage and pricing.
• Review quotes and sales opportunities against signed contracts and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery, and Finance for alignment.
• Identify out-of-scope work and obtain approvals before change orders.
• Track expiration dates and renewals; coordinate actions.
• Conduct periodic agreement audits to verify billing accuracy.
• Reconcile additions against vendor-billed services (Pax8, Microsoft CSP).
• Support Finance with month-end reviews, disputes, revenue queries.
• Maintain contract records, docs, and trackers.
• Generate reports on status, renewals, pricing changes, and billing discrepancies.
