Join our Network and System Support Engineers to handle Level 1 and 2 support, troubleshoot issues, maintain network infrastructure, and collaborate with global teams and vendors to ensure reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT qualification.
• 1.5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• CCNA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT service desk support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
• Maintain network infrastructure and document changes.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors.
• Assist in capacity planning and incident response.
