Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a five-person system support team to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor network performance using advanced monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot complex network and Linux/Unix issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform network diagnostics with Ping and Traceroute.
• Configure and maintain Layer 2 components including VLANs and switches.
• Implement Cisco IOS configurations to support routing and switching.
• Develop and update troubleshooting procedures and docs.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for maintenance.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance technical skills.
