Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IP/MPLS network infrastructure from the NOC.
• Troubleshoot network issues related toRouters, Switches, IP Networks and Connectivity.
• Handle incidents, alarms, ticketing, escalation and fault resolution.
• Monitor network performance.
