Job Summary

The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure and high-performance connectivity. The role involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network and coordinating with upstream providers and vendors to ensure availability, security and efficient operation of network services.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and knowledge of network infrastructure and ongoing projects.
• Monitoring of network services and escalations to relevant team along with strong follow-ups.
• Configurations related to network protocols and services including routing protocols, VLANs, ACL etc.
• Configurations related to VoIP protocols like SIP, TDM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity and infrastructure related issues using structured problem-solving approach.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and users for network related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Support network expansion, upgrades, migrations and disaster recovery activities while minimizing service disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• CCNA Certification will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of Network Protocols and OSI Model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and task management skills.
