The successful candidate will lead a team of five, ensuring the stability and optimal performance of network infrastructures through proactive monitoring and prompt troubleshooting. This role requires a hands‑on professional with a strong background in network diagnostics and Linux/Unix system troubleshooting to empower the team and deliver high‑quality support services.

The engineer will be responsible for addressing network faults, managing VLAN configurations, Ethernet switching, and utilizing tools such as Ping and Traceroute for network diagnostics. Beyond technical expertise, the role demands leadership and coordination capabilities to manage work assignments and ensure smooth workflow within the team, aligning with Prime Broadband's mission of providing reliable broadband services.
