About the role

Arm Network Solutions is expanding its network engineering team and seeks a Level 1 Network Operations Center Engineer to support client networks from Islamabad, Pakistan. The team supports clients with demanding service-level agreements, including large enterprise organizations. This role requires responsive coverage during assigned shifts and the ability to help manage ticket volume as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support and assist with monitoring and troubleshooting client network issues.
• Support field technicians with remote network troubleshooting and guidance.
• Work with networking equipment from vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and TrendNet.
• Respond promptly throughout assigned shifts and manage a high volume of support tickets when required.
• Provide overtime and holiday coverage when needed.

The position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Candidates should be prepared to complete security or law-enforcement clearance checks if requested.

We are currently looking to expand our network engineering team by hiring a NOC team in Pakistan. Our company is based in Arkansas, USA, and we are expecting to hire at least 3–4 employees in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi (ISB/RWP) area.

We expect the hiring process to begin around the end of November or early December, when business typically slows down for us.

The pay will be highly competitive compared to other opportunities available locally in Pakistan, as you will be working directly for an American employer.
