Detailed Job Description:

As a Network Expert supporting Arcana Info in Islamabad, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise network administration, routing and switching management, firewall security, and performance monitoring. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN architectures, configuring and managing enterprise routers, switches, and next-generation firewalls, implementing and optimizing VLANs, dynamic routing protocols, VPN tunnels, and Quality of Service (QoS) policies, monitoring network performance and executing proactive troubleshooting for connectivity anomalies, maintaining comprehensive network device configurations, encrypted backups, IP address allocation plans, network diagrams, and hardware inventories, supporting network infrastructure upgrades, expansions, relocations, and the implementation of new network services, monitoring network security events and coordinating closely with IT and security squads for rapid incident resolution, preparing periodic network health, performance, and status reports for executive stakeholders, and meeting the immediate availability preference. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex network anomalies under strict operational uptime SLAs. Ensuring strict compliance with the 5+ years experience requirement and Islamabad on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
