Smollan is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead nationwide Brand Ambassador programs across Pakistan. You will oversee regional teams, plan activations from door-to-door outreach to retail events, and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing, 3+ years of nationwide activation experience in FMCG, strong leadership, route planning, and proficiency with Google Workspace for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years managing large-scale nationwide activation teams or experiential campaigns (FMCG).
• Experience with door-to-door campaigns or direct-to-consumer field ops.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) for tracking and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage nationwide field teams, team leads, and Brand Ambassadors.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and direct end-to-end activation workflows across urban and regional retail hubs, malls, and event spaces.
• Performance & Reporting: Track daily activity targets, ROI, budget allocations, and market feedback using digital reporting tools.
• Cross-Brand Management: Adapt operational strategies to match distinct brand positioning—managing high-energy activations and tailored consumer engagement.
