Qualifications

• Must be a graduate.
• 2 years of BTL experience in FMCG.
• Proficient in MS Office for analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective communicator and customer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• BTL activities planning and execution.
• Achieve KPIs and targets for BTL activities.
• Field audits and back-checking of activation programs.
• Hiring of quality resources for BTL projects.
• Vendor evaluation based on performance and on-ground capabilities.
• Invoice audit after completion of projects.
• Daily and weekly monitoring and tracking of project performance.
• Zone and town-wise analysis of projects.
• Liaison with the sales team for area JC planning.
• Competition activity reporting.
