Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Field Trainer (FMCG Non-Food) to develop and enhance the capabilities of our nationwide field staff in Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan. The role involves designing and delivering training across classroom, online, and field formats, with ongoing TNAs to improve on-field performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, FMCG Non-Food experience, and proven ability in various training modalities along with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• FMCG Non-Food experience required.
• Proven experience in Classroom, Online & E-Learning and on ground field training.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training across classroom, on-ground field, online, and e-learning formats.
• Conduct regular Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to improve field performance.
• Build capabilities of nationwide field staff (Merchandisers & Brand Ambassadors).
