Job summary

BBPR Pakistan (BodyBeat Group) in Karachi is seeking a Client Servicing Manager for BTL campaigns and brand activations. You will be the primary liaison for clients, translate briefs into activation plans, and lead meetings, pitches and campaign discussions.

The role requires 3–5 years agency experience, strong client servicing, budgeting, and vendor coordination. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-budget activations and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a BTL, activation, experiential marketing, or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of BTL marketing, brand activations, and on-ground campaign execution.
• Excellent client servicing, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience in campaign planning, budgeting, costing, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for BTL campaigns and brand activations.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into effective activation plans and proposals.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, pitches, and campaign discussions.
• Plan and coordinate BTL activations, experiential campaigns, promotional activities, and on-ground events.
• Prepare campaign proposals, budgets, costing, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with internal creative, production, activation, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage client expectations, campaign deliverables, and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and pitch new activation projects.
• Oversee campaign execution and ensure quality, budget, and timeline commitments are met.
