Job summary

Print & Pack Masters is a Lahore-based design studio specializing in print production. The Graphic Designer will create production-ready artwork for labels, boxes, brochures, and promotional materials, ensuring brand standards and technical specs are met.

The role involves working with prepress, production, and sales teams to translate client briefs into final print-ready files and support cost-efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite for production-ready artwork.
• Solid understanding of CMYK, Pantone, ICC profiles and color management workflows.
• Experience creating dielines, templates and packaging artwork.
• Strong prepress knowledge including imposition, trapping, bleed setup and PDF prep.
• Familiar with offset and digital printing, finishing options, and measurement tolerances.
• Ability to troubleshoot common file issues (fonts, links, resolution).
• Attention to typography, layout, and brand guideline compliance.
• Excellent communication with clients and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork with bleeds, trims, color profiles, and dielines.

Print & Pack Masters is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer focused on print production. The role involves creating production-ready artwork for printed products and packaging, ensuring designs meet technical print specifications and brand standards. The designer will collaborate with prepress, production, and sales teams to translate client requirements into final print files and support cost-effective production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork (bleeds, trims, color profiles, dielines) for labels, boxes, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
• Work with clients and account managers to review briefs, revise concepts, and approve final layouts before production.
• Convert and optimize files for various printing processes (offset, digital), ensuring correct color separation and trapping where required.
• Maintain and update dielines, templates, and master files; manage version control and file organization for production workflow.
• Perform quality checks, preflight proofs, and soft proofs; advise on material and finishing options.

Job Specification

Must-have Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat for PDF/X and preflight tasks.
• Color management: CMYK, Pantone spot colors, color profiles (ICC), and color management workflows.
• Packaging & dielines: creating and editing dielines, cut/crease/fold lines, and packaging templates for various substrates.
