Job summary

Standard Chartered in Pakistan is seeking a Mortgage Sales Specialist to drive growth across assigned banking channels, enhance customer acquisition, and support portfolio expansion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with frontline sales teams and stakeholders to manage end-to-end mortgage processing, ensure compliance, and contribute to revenue targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience in banking, sales, or financial services preferred.
• Professional certifications in banking, lending, or financial services advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive mortgage sales growth and portfolio expansion across assigned channels.
• Promote mortgage solutions and increase product penetration within Priority, Business Banking, Emerging Business, and Branch networks.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring timely onboarding and processing of cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and referral sources.
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Monitor application pipelines and proactively resolve processing bottlenecks to improve turnaround times.
• Provide market and customer feedback to support product enhancement and business growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational controls.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through effective communication and service excellence
