Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks a mortgage sales specialist in Karachi to drive growth across banking channels, partnering with frontline sales and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant mortgage processing and exceptional customer experiences.

You will promote mortgage solutions across Priority, Business Banking, and Branch networks, manage end-to-end applications, and contribute to portfolio expansion with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mortgage Sales, Consumer Banking, Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Business Banking, or Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of mortgage and home finance products.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive mortgage sales growth and portfolio expansion across assigned channels.
• Promote mortgage solutions and increase product penetration within Priority, Business Banking, Emerging Business, and Branch networks.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring timely onboarding and processing of cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and referral sources.
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Monitor application pipelines and proactively resolve processing bottlenecks to improve turnaround times.
• Provide market and customer feedback to support product enhancement and business growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational controls.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through effective communication and service excellence
