Standard Chartered is seeking a frontline sales professional in Karachi to manage and grow a client portfolio by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships through credit cards, mortgages, and personal loans. You will identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and service clients face-to-face and over the phone.

The role emphasizes AML compliance, policy adherence, and strong negotiation to maximize cross-sell potential while delivering excellent client service in a dynamic banking

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a client portfolio in frontline sales
• Acquire new clients and deepen relationships through cross-selling credit cards, loans, and mortgages
• Identify opportunities and negotiate terms with clients
• Meet regulatory requirements including AML and customer protection policies
• Visit clients regularly to generate new business and renewals
• Explain lending products clearly and address client inquiries face-to-face and over the phone
• Adhere to FATCA and sanctions policies and maintain knowledge of bank policies
