Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions seeks an experienced User Acquisition Specialist to drive mobile game campaigns with a hybrid work model (Mall road, Lahore) and evening hours (6PM to 10PM).

The role requires 3+ years in mobile UA, proficiency with Google Ads, Mintegral and AppLovin, and strong analytics to optimize CPI, ROAS and LTV. You will collaborate with creatives to test concepts and report on performance.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in mobile game UA required.
Proven experience with Google Ads, Mintegral and AppLovin.
Strong understanding of CPI/ROAS/LTV metrics.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage UA campaigns for mobile games.
Monitor CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention and LTV.
Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, placements and structures.
Scale profitable campaigns and manage budgets efficiently.
Provide regular performance reports and insights.
