Job summary

PureLogics is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting US buyers across multiple segments. The role emphasizes high-ticket B2B lead generation and SQL-focused outcomes.

You will implement Meta Pixel, CAPI, and HubSpot integration, manage campaigns, and optimize for pipeline and ROI. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B or high-ticket Meta Ads campaigns targeting US buyers.
• Proven results with real account data showing spend, cost per lead/SQL, and pipeline or revenue generated.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Run Meta Ads campaigns across health-tech, PBM/340B/TPA, fintech, e-commerce, fashion, EdTech, entertainment, legal, telecom, mid-market businesses, and startups.
• Manage cold, retargeting, and SQL-based lookalike campaigns for tripwires, the $5K workshop, and AI workflow offers.
• Set up Meta Pixel, CAPI, and HubSpot offline conversion tracking, optimizing campaigns for SQLs.
• Build lead forms with 3 qualifying questions and ensure same-day lead handoff to the SDR.
• Launch 5–10 new creatives weekly and pause underperforming ads based on predefined kill rules.
• Ensure healthcare privacy compliance; never place PHI or pixel events on health pages.
