Job summary

Spur Solutions is seeking a skilled Web Marketing Engineer to build, update, and maintain marketing website pages and CMS content, implementing design-approved layouts, and ensuring responsive behavior across desktop and mobile.

You will own analytics and tracking (GA4 / GTM), forms and lead routing, email marketing support, deployment coordination, and technical SEO, collaborating with Growth Marketing to ensure fast, well‑structured sites and accurate campaign measurement.

Qualifications

Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms for marketing pages.
Strong ability to develop and deploy high-fidelity email templates.
Proven track record in landing page development and deployment.
Hands-on GA4 and GTM implementation, debugging, and validation.
Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and website performance.
Experience with form setup, testing, and troubleshooting across flows.

Responsibilities

Build, update, and maintain marketing pages and CMS content with responsive design.
Implement design-approved layouts and ensure mobile/desktop responsiveness.
Maintain website speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO hygiene.
Manage forms, routing, testing, and lead capture integrity weekly.
Instrument GA4 and GTM events; validate conversion tracking and dashboards.
Support email marketing setup and testing (Mailchimp or equivalent).
Coordinate deployment, hosting, SSL, and domain-related changes with DevOps/hosting teams.
Document changes, maintain deployment notes, and monitor form testing records.
