Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks a Marketing Operations lead to own weekly dashboards, project systems, ad QA, landing pages, and video-creator coordination. You will standardize processes and templates, ensuring timely delivery across the funnel and ads.

You’ll work with Claude/AI tools daily, automate repeatable tasks, and align with the Head of Growth on priorities. Fully remote role with international hours in EU/Dubai zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or funnel-build roles.
• Experience building and maintaining a shared ClickUp workspace used by others.
• Experience building pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign (or Klaviyo/HubSpot).
• Attention to numerical accuracy; avoids shipping incorrect data.
• Proven ability to own recurring tasks (weekly reports) without reminders.
• Experience coordinating freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly marketing dashboard, spend, CPA, ROAS, win rate per writer, and ads launched across platforms.
• Manage ClickUp marketing workspace: production pipeline, statuses, dashboards, templates, intake from Slack.
• Create procedures, naming conventions, and an accessible asset library.
• Implement QA checklist on ads and emails before final review; track launches.
• Build landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels; manage email sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• Oversee video editors; coordinate briefs, briefs, deadlines, and bonuses.
• Support Head of Growth by keeping deliverables visible and deadlines on track; schedule and manage tools access.
