RepStack's CRM team is seeking a Marketing Automation Mastermind to design and optimize Go High Level workflows, manage multi-channel campaigns, and ensure seamless handoffs to sales.

The role covers lead scoring, landing pages, emails, SMS, integrations, and client partnerships, with a focus on data-driven insights and scalable automation.

Candidates should have a marketing degree, strong communication skills (US accent preferred), and a proven track record in digital marketing lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a US accent preferred for US/Canadian clients.
• Proven experience as a lead generation expert and Go High Level specialist, delivering high-quality leads and successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Go High Level CRM specialist: manage leads and implement lead scoring.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns within Go High Level (landing pages, emails, SMS) to meet client objectives.
• Design automated workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups) to maximize efficiency.
• Manage integrations between Go High Level and other marketing tools; collaborate on API solutions and troubleshoot system integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Go High Level campaigns, nurturing client relationships.
• Develop targeted lead generation strategies across inbound (SEO, content, social) and outbound (email, cold outreach) channels.
• Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality content (landing pages, blogs, ebooks, webinars) to drive conversions.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (drip sequences), manage lists and segment leads.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

• Workflow Automation Expert: Design automated workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups) to maximize efficiency and streamline lead nurturing processes.
• Integration & Systems Specialist: Manage seamless integrations between Go High Level and other marketing tools, collaborate on custom API solutions, and troubleshoot for system integrity.
• Client Partnership Champion: Become the primary point of contact for Go High Level campaigns, fostering strong client relationships and providing ongoing guidance.
• Lead Generation Strategist: Develop targeted lead generation strategies across inbound (SEO, content marketing, social media) and outbound (email marketing, cold outreach) channels to attract ideal customers.
• Content Marketing Collaborator: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality content (landing pages, blogs, ebooks, webinars) aligned with target keywords and designed to drive conversions.
• Email Marketing Specialist: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (lead nurturing, drip sequences), manage email lists, and segment leads for personalized communication.
