Job summary

HR Ways in Lahore is hiring for Marketing Executive & Marketing Manager (Onsite) to drive marketing for a UAE-based Data & AI consultancy and its AI life-coaching app. You’ll own calendars, content pipelines, campaigns and KPI reporting, while leading a small team of writers, designers and marketers and reporting to the CMO.

You’ll coordinate content, SEO, AI-assisted workflows and product launches, shaping brand voice and delivering measurable results for both B2B and B2C offerings.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in digital, content or social media marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field
• A track record of running multi-channel content calendars and campaigns from plan to results.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a sharp eye for tone, accuracy and detail.
• Strong project management skills with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana or Trello.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content briefs.
• Analytics experience with social platform insights and website analytics (Google Analytics or PostHog) and turning data into clear reports.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, drafting and repurposing, with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing calendar and content production pipeline across Company products and new offerings.
• Plan, assign and prioritise the team's weekly work; run a weekly stand-up to meet deadlines.
• Review content for brand voice, accuracy and claims; route items for CMO sign-off.
• Execute campaigns and product launches end-to-end with briefs, timelines and assets.
• Manage social channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Run LinkedIn thought-leadership operations for founders: content calendars and scheduling.
• Manage blog and SEO operations: keyword plans, briefs, on-page optimisation and AI search strategies.
• Brief and review design and video work; ensure creative meets brief and brand.
• Run AI-assisted content workflows; balance speed with human quality control.
• Collaborate with sales to hand over leads and produce case studies and sales enablement material.
• Track KPIs and produce weekly scorecards and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain marketing tools, templates and asset libraries; uphold single source of truth.
• Coach and develop Marketing Executives and specialists.
