Job summary

DevDimensions in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to develop and execute a dynamic content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You will craft engaging on-camera and UGC content, manage postings, and build an authentic brand voice.

You will drive audience engagement, monitor trends, and report weekly performance. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English/Urdu skills, smartphone videography, and CapCut/InShot/Canva familiarity are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, maintain, and execute an active content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
• Maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.

On-Camera & UGC Content

• Script, shoot, and appear in short-form videos, reels, product walkthroughs, testimonials, and user-generated-style (UGC) content.
• Be comfortable and confident as a recognizable on-camera.
• Present product features and benefits in a simple, engaging, and relatable way.

Content Creation

• Develop creative ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Create content that communicates product's value in a relatable, non-corporate tone.
• Turn product features, HR challenges, and customer pain points into engaging social content.

Customer-Facing First Response

• Respond to initial inquiries from potential customers through social media DMs, comments, and other digital channels.
• Answer basic product-related questions and provide relevant information.
• Build rapport with potential customers and identify genuine leads for further follow-up.

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Engage with relevant HR-tech, SaaS, startup, and business communities.
• Help grow organic reach and online presence.

Trend & Competitor Monitoring

• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, hooks, and content styles.
• Monitor competitor and industry content to identify opportunities and new ideas.
• Quickly adapt relevant trends to our brand and audience.

Basic Analytics & Reporting

• Track key social media metrics such as views, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Share simple weekly insights on what content is performing well and what can be improved.
• Use performance data to refine future content.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident being on camera — this is an essential requirement.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, particularly for customer-facing interactions.
• Genuine interest in social media, short-form video, content trends, and digital marketing.
• Basic content creation skills, including shooting videos using a smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong written communication skills for captions, comments, and DMs.
• Creative mindset with the ability to independently generate content ideas.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to experiment with different content formats.
• Ability to communicate confidently with potential customers and represent the brand professionally.
• Prior experience in social media, marketing, content creation, or a similar role is a plus.
