Job summary

DevDimensions in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to develop and execute a dynamic content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You will craft engaging on-camera and UGC content, manage postings, and build an authentic brand voice.

You will drive audience engagement, monitor trends, and report weekly performance. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English/Urdu skills, smartphone videography, and CapCut/InShot/Canva familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

On-camera presence is essential.
Strong verbal communication in English and Urdu.
Genuine interest in social media, short-form video, and digital marketing.
Basic content creation skills, including shooting with a smartphone.
Strong written communication for captions, comments, and DMs.
Creative mindset with ability to generate ideas independently.
Self-starter attitude and willingness to experiment with formats.

Responsibilities

Plan, maintain, and execute a content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and other platforms.
Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
Create on-camera and UGC content that presents product features engagingly.
Respond to inquiries via social media DMs, comments, and other channels.
Engage with HR-tech, SaaS, startup, and business communities to grow reach.
Stay updated on trends and adapt relevant formats to the brand.
Track metrics and share weekly insights to refine future content.
Develop creative ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
