Job summary

Hamad & Co. Marketing Agency is seeking a part-time Social Media Content Specialist to create and manage content for multiple clients.

You will plan, edit, and publish assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with a focus on engaging captions and on-screen text aligned to brand voice. You will remotely collaborate across clients, edit both short and long-form videos, and deliver revisions on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Strong video editing skills using listed tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Competence in graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
• Ability to write concise, persuasive captions and on-screen text aligned to brand voice and CTAs.
• Knowledge of platform formats, aspect ratios, export settings, and subtitle workflows.
• Time management to handle multiple client briefs and deadlines.
• Basic social analytics understanding to interpret engagement and suggest optimizations.

Role Overview

You will create and manage content for multiple clients across industries and brand styles, including planning, editing, and publishing social media assets.

What You’ll Do

• Create static posts and carousel posts
• Create and edit reels
• Create social media stories
• Edit short-form social media videos
• Edit short-form and long-form podcast/vlog videos
• Write captions, hashtags, hooks, and calls-to-action
• Follow feedback and submit revisions on time

Work Mode & Schedule

Remote (online). Part-time: 4 hours/day, approximate hours 21:0001:00 Pakistan Time. Two days off per week (specific days to be discussed).

Compensation & Probation

Salary: PKR 35,000/month + bonuses. Probation period: 3 months.

Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a sample reel based on provided information to assess editing quality, pacing, transitions, subtitles, text placement, music choice, and overall content sense.
