To manage the complete warranty claim cycle, ensure timely processing and settlement of warranty claims, drive resolution of product issues, and maintain compliance with warranty policies and procedures across dealers, company outlets, vendors, and principals.

• Manage end-to-end warranty claim processing from dealers/company outlets to principals within agreed timelines.
• Review and analyze high-cost warranty cases and coordinate resolution with Quality, Vendors, and Principals.
• Negotiate warranty claim settlements and disputed cases with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement warranty reimbursement procedures for special product issues.
• Conduct warranty audits at dealers and company outlets to ensure compliance with warranty policies.
• Prepare warranty reports and share insights with Finance, IAD, CIC, Dealers, Vendors, and Quality teams.
• Monitor warranty costs, claim trends, and support corrective actions for recurring product issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of warranty failed parts as per agreed procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve warranty performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain warranty records, documentation, and compliance with company and principal requirements.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in automotive warranty, after-sales.
