Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking a security professional in Karachi to implement security policies and monitor controls across operations.

The role focuses on developing local security programs, enforcing corporate standards, coordinating with law enforcement, and ensuring health and safety compliance within the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Intermediate with at least 6 years of experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Implement organization security policies and procedures.
• Monitor internal control system to ensure security clearance is maintained.
• Develop and implement local security programs and procedures in line with corporate standards and country requirements to safeguard the company.
• Manage and improve all security measures against shoplifting, theft, burglary, pilferage, robbery, fraud or other site-specific criminal actions.
• Establish and maintain relations with local police and law enforcement agencies.
• Develop and accomplish annual security business plans.
• Lead and deploy processes and systems to mitigate security risk to the company.
• Enforce compliance with corporate security rules, standards, guidelines and governmental regulations.
• Handle enquiries and related problems.
• Monitor health and safety procedures within the store.
• Ensure compliance of SOPs.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
