Job summary

Qualifications

• DAE or B-tech in mechanical.
• 2-3 years of experience in production machinery maintenance, troubleshooting and team upskilling.
• Self-motivated and able to lead a team of contractual and unionized employees.
• True root cause analysis of recurring losses and timely defect handling.
• In-depth knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety, Factory Operations skills, engineering and administrative controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective training and presentation skills for developing shop floor employees.

• Conducting regular maintenance as per schedule.
