Job summary

Pakistan Tobacco Company, part of the BAT Group, seeks a Process Lead - SMD in Akora Khattak to drive daily improvements and ensure reliable line performance.

You will coach teams, deploy IWS and TPM tools, own Centerline and Changeover standards, and guide the Change Management and loss-elimination efforts.

Strong engineering background and hands-on understanding of mechanical processes, plus excellent communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement systems: IWS, WCM, TPM and Six Sigma.
• Solid understanding of mechanical processes and hands-on capability.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as coach and lead on IWS capability building and systems deployment for the department.
• Act as deployment lead for Autonomous Maintenance Pillar tools and systems.
• Owning the Centerline Management system for the line(s).
• Training team members on documentation needed when running out of CL.
• Establishing Changeover standards for all product SKU’s.
• Reviewing Changeover critiques and coaching shift teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities to achieve CO success criteria.
• Owning the Change Management DMS & validation processes, including process benchmarking & reapplication across processes, modules and plants.
• Analyzing line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities including the creation of current state and future state loss trees utilizing tools such as loss allocation and S-shape.
• Leading root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the line(s).
