Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or DAE/B-Tech in mechanical engineering.
- 1–3 years in a maintenance role.
- Knowledge of data analytics (Power BI) and SAP systems.
- Understanding of maintenance strategies and PM in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete machinery maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
- Plan quality improvement initiatives with other departments.
- Identify training gaps and provide feedback for skill growth.
- Plan machine conversions per the Master Production Schedule.
- Monitor spare parts consumption and availability.
- Standardize machinery for quality, safety, and efficiency.
