Job summary

Mous Products Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Logistics Associate in Lahore, Pakistan. The role covers end-to-end handling of Amazon transfers, B2B shipments, and 3PL performance reporting, with close collaboration across Pakistan, UK, China, Poland and the US.

On-site Monday to Thursday, with Friday as optional WFH, standard hours 10am–7pm PKT. You will work with ERP, WMS and Shopify systems, ensuring accurate records, timely communications, and proactive problem solving in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables).
• Data entry and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise, track and close Amazon transfers and B2B shipments end-to-end.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation with complete records.
• Produce daily 3PL performance reports and flag exceptions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues including CX shipping queries to closure.
• Support month-end stock movements and adjustments across systems.
