Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Pakistan is seeking a logistics specialist to drive operational excellence in secondary transportation for the IC business.

You will design and implement transport processes, work with regional teams, and deploy best practices to improve service levels and cost efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or logistics and at least three years of logistics experience, including distribution planning and 3PL management, plus hands-on TMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics, with at least 2 years in managing logistics operations.
• Experience in Distribution planning and regional 3PL management; familiarity with TMS implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement best-in-class logistics standards, processes and operations.
• Drive savings and continuous improvement through benchmarking against internal and external standards.
• Reduce cold chain transport losses via transition management and optimized processes and tools.
• Lead CO2 reduction initiatives in warehouse and transportation activities.
• Collaborate with in-country teams, quality, safety and finance to deploy transport best practices.
