Job summary

You will coordinate with distributors, negotiate Joint Business planning, optimize routes for DSRs, and support digital initiatives while leading a team to deliver profitable growth across our ice cream brands.

Responsibilities

• Uplift the competitive visibility in store and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate with distributors and customers on operational plans and executions.
• Negotiate joint business planning with customers to align objectives.
• Plan and manage eRTM, build optimized routes for DSRs.
• Support digital transformation strategies for the territory.
• Lead and develop an extended team and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Analyze promotions and instore execution for categories and stores assigned.
