Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Logistics domain expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate bridges business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and translating logistics processes into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will work across TMS, WMS, Inventory, and Supply Chain operations, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure clear backlog items, BRDs, and functional specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 2+ years in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain domains.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics and supply chain processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Create BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use cases.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Convert requirements into testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog with Product Owners.
• Support development and QA by clarifying requirements.
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes (TMS, WMS, Inventory, Order, Shipment Tracking).
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare meeting minutes and status reports.
• Assist UAT and business sign-off activities.
